+ I'm looking for a specific piece you've done in the past/need a piece with [xyz] dimensions. Can you find me something?

While I often source pieces that are similar - and occasionally exactly the same - to items I've done in the past, I have no way of guaranteeing when, or if, I'll have a specific piece in again. Because of that unpredictability, I don't keep a list of requests.

I am also unable to provide custom sourcing based on dimensions. If you're looking for a piece of a certain size, chances are that something will pop in an update within a few months.

+ I've been hoping for a piece/keeping an eye out for emails, but everything is sold out!

With many people reaching out, a limited supply of vintage furniture, and only so many refinishing hours in a day, I can only accommodate a certain number of clients every month. I know this gets frustrating! Keep in mind that I also provide refinishing for client-owned items, if you already have something or are able to source your own piece. I am also happy to make recommendations for other businesses or refinishers who might be able to get you what you're looking for.

+ What are the options for colors/sheens?

While neutrals - black, navy, gray - are obviously my jam, I can color match almost anything. If you're uncertain about the direction you'd like to go, I'm always happy to make recommendations.

Sheen options include matte, satin, and gloss. I do not offer lacquer or ultra high-gloss finishes.

+ The listed refinishing options for a piece I'm interested in don't include the design I'm hoping for. Can you do the piece another way?

I always list refinishing options based on the reality of the individual piece - the structure, type of wood, existing wear, etc. - so can only redo it in one of the advertised styles. If the design you're looking for is not included, it may not be the right piece for you.

+ My piece has been picked up but I haven't heard from the delivery provider yet.

Delivery providers typically won't contact you until they are about 24-48 hours out. If you have been waiting longer than 3 weeks to hear from your delivery person, let me know and I will reach out.
